Sedapal has implemented the SCADA system for
the automation of the Plant, included within
the modernization process of the company,
in such a way so as to have the last generation
technology for the supervision and remote
control operation through a radio system or
optic fiber.
The levels of exigency and supervision that are
accomplished at present to offer quality drinking
water to the city of Lima have enabled the certification
ISO 9002 for Sedapal in the Quality Management for
Water Treatment Plants in La Atarjea.
The experience of Sedapal is an example of the modification
not only of the technical aspects and technology,
but also in the business management of the quality
management.
