LEGAL STATUS

SEDAPAL is a State-owned enterprise of private law, established as a corporation, and administered by the Ministry of Public Housing, Public Works and Public Health. It has technical, administrative, economic and financial autonomy. It provides public services, services which constitute a primary social interest.
